a     SWAPS CRAFT: Troop Numbers~ ( girls need to bring a SMOCK to stay at Mrs. Winklers for  Painting)

b.    SKULL SHIRTS: To be worn on Haunted Caravan field trip

c.    Recycle Pom Poms for Christmas Garland. ( Brookfield Zoo Tree and Riverside Tree)

       Must be there at 9:30 a.m Girls must be dropped off at

       Mrs. Gil's by 8:50 a.m  NO LATER

18th: Meeting/ with the other Juniors for Bronze award

       3:30-5pm Winkler home

29th: Haunted House/Yard Caravan

        6 p.m.- 9:30 p.m. Winkler's house.  RSVP October 22

Dare to be scared.....

We will follow a set route, drive by some awesome home sites.... get out to see others and have a whole bunch of fun just being together. 

No cost !  All our Juniors will ride together. If you have siblings that wish to go, additional drivers will be needed.

I have been doing this with my family for several years and it is so much fun for everyone...

Best of all it is a FREE family fun night~

•             The Evil Plastic Bags

•             Work towards Collecting and recycling bags from family and friends

•             Set up a Recycle station at Ames to be collected on a weekly basis

•             Find out where the recyclable bags go to.

•             Participate in craft projects based with plastic grocery bags.

•             Educated others : contact newspaper

•             Plan a Recycle Jamboree for scout family and Friends in the spring.

April 28^th: Final Project : Recycle Jamboree at Boy Scout Cabin.  Girls will receive their Bronze awards here. Bonfire, songs, maybe a craft or two , smores , refreshments…. Families and fun

*Because this is a year long project the girls tasks will be broken off and given to small groups of girls….

  Other girls are relying on them to complete their portion of the project.  Please stress this to the girls….

OCTOBER 1st Archery with the webelos

*  There is NO COST for this activity.
*  Please arrange for drop off and pick up at the archery range..... Car Pool with girls...?
*  Must be at the range no later than 9:30 am.
*  Waiver will need to be filled out prior to arrival will receive a separate email with waiver attachment
